About the Show

I Love Jenni is a Mexican-American reality television series, observing and documenting the personal and professional lives of Mexican-American singer-songwriter, actress, spokesperson, fashion designer, T.V. producer & entrepreneur, Jenni Rivera and those close to her, that premiered on mun2 on March 5, 2011. The first season consists of 33 episodes.It was unknown if a second season was planned till Rivera herself officially announced that a second season was in production. This, she said, was slated to premiere on March 5, 2012.

Jenni Rivera (born July 2, 1969) is a Mexican-American singer, better known for her work within the banda and norteña music genres. She's been active in the music scene since 1992 and her recordings include many topical songs and material dealing with social issues, infidelity, and relationships. Her tenth studio album, Jenni in 2008, became her first number-one album in the Top Latin Albums in the United States.
